The European price was reportedly spotted on a retailer’s website and the phone is reportedly priced at EUR 185 (around Rs.16,500). The listing also hints that the phone may launch soon. Previous rumors suggest that there will also be a 4G variant of the Samsung Galaxy A22.
According to a report By DealNTech, the supposed Samsung Galaxy A22 5G was spotted on a European retailer website ahead of its launch. The listing would indicate that the phone will cost 185 EUR. This would be the price of the 64GB storage model. The report adds that with the VAT rates included, the phone could cost around 199 EUR (around Rs 17,800) for the base variant. The list apparently wouldn’t reveal any other details about the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G.

Specifications for the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G have been leaked in the past. The phone is said to have a 6.4-inch Full HD + display and comes with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. It is also said to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery and includes support for 15W fast charging. Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is said to weigh 205 grams and is 9mm thick. A recent listing from the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) suggested support for Bluetooth v5.0 for the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G.
Earlier this month, alleged renders of the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G were leaked, showing a notch for the selfie camera, a triple rear camera setup, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The phone is said to have a 48-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Additionally, in March it was reported that the phone would launch in gray, light green, purple, and white color options.
